The Central American Alliance for Energy Sustainability, is a regional instance, with voluntary and inclusive participation of all social sectors such as civil society organizations, social movements, academia, and private companies, among others, which articulates efforts to achieve universal access to sustainable energy by promoting the generation of conditions in favor of achieving sustainable human development, equitable, egalitarian, with sociocultural relevance, particularly in excluded populations.
